IDAA RAMZI REZAI
0002 · the mirror
As a child I stared into my own eyes in the mirror until a devil rose in them, and I ran.
It took me years to see it was me.
Not beyond the heavens. Not in hell
He surfaces in my eyes, if I look long enough.
He is me, and everyone else.
The more carefully I aligned the two mirrors, the deeper into the parallel visual corridor I could see.
"i am part of that power
which eternally wills evil
and eternally works good."
Isn’t that weird that we don’t have a pair of eyes to look inward?
